Default Is MGW Shifter Quiet?

Currently I have a Pro 5.0 and F'ing hate the noise when driving on the street. I've read that the MGW is quieter than the Pro, but is it still noisier than stock? In particular when in 6th gear going about 40-45, because thats when the Pro really sucks ***!

I don't know if it is stock quiet, but it is pretty damn close. I haven't had my stock shifter on in years, so at this point, I don't even remember what it sounded like. I never notice this shifter, which is something I couldn't say about my B&M that it replaced...that one was pretty noisy.
