New on here. I have been working on this thing for about 5 years. Got serious about a year ago. Got a 69 SS out of a shed next to a building we were doing. They had been working on it, But had stopped about 10 years ago. I got a Engine pullout out of a wrecked 2005 gto with a automatic. Got new wiring for the car, Engine, computers, Floor pan. trunk pan. The engine is out of the gto was a Ls2 6.0 , Put a cam , headers, DS1 Procharger, Intercooler. It only Had 40000 miles on it. Hydroboost brakes, 4 wheel disc, Rebuilt the 12 bolt. Dse upper lower control arm, Hotchis , DSE suspension parts Vintage Air ECT.Put some Fikse Fm5's on it. Have a Qudralink DSE kit for the rear so I can run some 18x12 on the Back some day. I got it running sounds Good! Now all the Small stuff. Hope to take it for a drive Soon. I have enjoyed this. Had A 2009 Z06 but wanted something different. Maybe asking some Questions Later. I think I have found the right place to get some info. about stuff I don't know. Going to put her in some flat black sealer primer , Till I get it Panited.

Going to work on the brakes this weekend. Going to bleed them, I got one of those Injector brake guns that you push the fluid from the caliper back to the Master cylinder. going to put the console and the shifter in. Got a kit to turn the stock Horseshoe shifter to a 4 speed shifter. I'll get some more pic's this weekend. I have a video of it when we cranked it. But I don't know how to up load it.

Going to get James Parker ( Running with the Devil) to tune it! I hope! He built a buddy of mines 2004 Cobra that put 760 HP to the ground! On the medium tune. His car has the motor to make around 860-880 to the ground! This guy is Good!! Can't wait to see what mine can do! His cobra run's and sound stock. But when you stick the loud pedal she will do the Nasty. If Mine does good I might have to do so engine mods to get her where I want her to be! I have a 1967 Camaro that I started with. I have a Bill Mitchell Motown SBC 454 with a set of AFR 220 cnc ported heads Different cam and mods to it. Want to get it running next. Got some Pic's of it. Will try and get some Pic's. Of it on here. But Got to get the 69 lined out first!

Weird isn't. I have a friend of mine Helping me work on it and he said the same thing. Everything on it look's just like GM developed the car for this motor. Almost eveything I salvaged off the GTO fit in the frame. Even the battery cables from the starter fit to the Battery perfect.

Thanks, It has been a job! But I have enjoyed every second of doing it! Great Stress relever. The wife has even been cool with it. I have been buying these parts for about 5 years. Had a good size pile when I started. Starting to see the bottom now. I need some wheels for my 1967 Camaro. Fikse, HRE, Ect. 18x8 and 19x9.5 if you know of some good used ones. How does the caddy Run?
