Finally got my LS1 Fbody
I should change my name. At first i just wanted a Hawk, but started seeing some SS's that i really liked. Especially this one on Autotrader. Light Pewter Metallic, 2001 M6, bone stock, with 27k miles on it. Well on Tuesday i went and bought it. First things first. I love this car. Only mod which isn't really a mod is that it came with the SLP dual/dual exhaust, which i like cause i like the sleeper sound. Paint is near immaculate, it really shines. Interior is flawless. I have given it some throttle a couple times and WOW. These things really move. Not given it WOT yet, but plan to in the future. I feel more a part of the board now. I'm still psyched about it. I keep going in the garage and looking at it every little bit. LOL. Until then LS1

Congrats on picking up the SS. Let's see some pics.
BTW, you might as well get used to living broke. You'll officially be spending all
your money on mods now.
So what is the first mod...a lid right?

Awesome. This is my second F-body and I love em. However I think I can feel the urge coming on--slowly but surely and I have been trying to fight it--but I wanna graduate to the Y-body C6. Every time I even think about mods the back of my brain whispers CCccccc6 CCCCCCCcccccccc6 or ZZzzzzzOOoooo6 ZzzzzzzzOOOOooo6. Heehee it's very stressful ul...

Check edmunds.com used car prices. My 00 Bird is worth 14k and it only has 16k miles. Sux because I paid 22k for it.
