Just a friendly warning about SDPC customer support. I placed an order (27174
) back on October 3rd. Order process went smooth enough but apparently some where along the line FedEx got fouled up. By the 15th, I had not seen the order yet, so I started contacting SDPC through their sites e-mail system. Three different e-mails and no reply for days. Unfortunately my current job schedule is not forgiving for sitting on the phone for long periods right now. So early this week my wife was kind enough to call and try and resolve this issue. After being transfered from person to person being told this was not their job, she finally got a hold of someone. She was told about FedEx's issue and was told it would be taken care of. She was told we would recieve an e-mail about the issue. Days later, nothing......
In this market, service sells and in this case, SDPC has some work to do.
