Default milling AFR heads

how far can i mill AFR 72cc heads before my FAST intake wont line up??

It depends. Was the intake ported to the heads while bolted to the block you're using? If so milling the heads will have more of an effect on alignment. If it's not ported at all or it was ported independently of the heads it probably wasn't perfect to begin with.

For what it's worth, I bought a set of Ls3 heads from LPE and they milled it to 65cc's and my 102 bolted up with no problem. I don't think that would be the biggest of your worries though, I would be more worried about PTV and water pump clearances. Ive had to grind the **** out of my w/p so my N/W TB can fit.

I have valve releafs but will check as always... My FAST is a 90, wonder if ill have the same problem

My AFRs are milled to 61cc. No fitment issues with my Fast 90 and NW 90 TB or water pump. They fit fine together both before and after Tony ported them. I've had this on both a ls1 and ls2 block.

thats good to hear, i dont think ill be going down passed that, and i have the same setup FAST 90 with NW 90 TB but its going on a LQ iron block

The tb that gives you problems is the 102 tb. Sorry I left that out, but you should be fine with the 90mm
