Well, I have been troubleshooting this for 3 days just to find out on their web page (PAC) and by email that they do not support my Head Unit (SONY CDX 850MP).

They said that the remotes for my HU work on a different frequency than the one that mine works on.

Does anyone have any ideas or other products that know will work with the steering wheel controls and head units (other than getting a different HU)?

soundgate makes an adapter, might want to check that one out.

i've only used pioneer decks, with the pac, so never had a problem, sorry to hear about that,.
