Default Long tubes vs. mids - how much HP will I lose?

My Dynatech headers (as posted in other posts) scrape. How much HP will I lose going from those to say a set of mid length headers like these?
BRP mids

How will torque be affected?
Also, anyone have experience with these headers or can make any recommendations on something that will fit? Thanks.

mid length headers make more top end power than long tubes but you will lose a bit of low end torque by shortening the primary length

well that # has many variables like cam specs and compression but you could curve some of that loss by having merge collectors installed on headers to coax a bit more scavenging out of the shorter primary that you will lose from longtubes
