Default LS1 issue

ok guys i thought i had a stuck lifter but now i dont know what it is. I pulled the head on the passenger side where it sounded like a loud loud ticking noise. Pulled the lifters and they are all fine. Only issue i found was a spark plug like barly in. Would the spary plug cause a knocking/ticking noise. Im gunna pull the other side and check it but how can i tell if its a rod knock or if it was just the plug. there are only 90K on the motor so i dont think i have a bad rod bearing but maybe and i dont think its a bent rod but idk whats the easiest way to tell.

when i pulled the valve overs i moved the rockers around and they all felt really tight no one thinks the spark plug not being all the way in could cause this huh ohh also when i shut down the whole pasenger side cylinders the knocking/ticking noise didnt go away. if it was a rod or bearing wouldnt the noise go away. it was just a little duller
