Default do i need a power steering pump?

I wa pulling my old car apart today and realized that my new one has a manual rack which I'm ok with but am I going to be able to route the serpentine belt with my procharger and advertising tensioner?

With no power steering you would need to put a pulley on one of the stand offs for the procharger since with the "short belt" routing the belt woud go right across one of the stand offs

Not hard to do just need to machine on of the standoff for a pulley like it done on the ChevyChad's poor mans belt wrap just done for the regular belt
