LS1 oil pan gasket question
I'm doing an LS1 oil pan swap soon. I think I've got everything I need, except for the gasket.
What's the cheapest place to get one? I got the part number for it, 10108676. I searched online most vendors have it for around $35+shipping. Seems kinda expensive.
This may sound stupid, but can the stock gasket be reused? The motor has 77k on it. The only reason I ask is because when I did my pacesetter LT headers, everyone said to just reuse the OEM metal GM gaskets. I figured maybe the oil pan gasket can be reused as well?
Thanks!

the used engine has 108k miles..
yes, $50 (where do u get them for $35) is 'cheap' insurance, but every $50 adds up.
spent $200 just to get the danged thing running.. $ 100 I wasted cause I didn't need plugs or the fuel pressure regulator, but didn't find the wiring problem til after they were changed.

GMPartsDirect and TSP have them for that price.
If I have to get it, I'll probably get it from ByunSpeed. They have free shipping on orders over $100. I need to order some suspension stuff anyways. Plus, no sales tax since they're out of state to me (unlike TSP).

Get a new one, but the motor most certainly does not need to come out to change. If I remember, about a 90 minute job. Drop the k member and use hoist to hold engine up.
But, again, spend the money and avoid a leak...
