Trans fluid needs to be changed again?

Trans fluid needs to be changed again? I have a 02 Z with 57k on it and just put a new clutch and flywheel and all the other goodies with it. While on the lift i changed my trans fluid to Penz Syncromesh and the car started shifting like a dream. That was about 5k ago now the car is not shifting as smooth and is somthimes hard to go into gear it just dont seem right. Sould i just change it again and see if the fluid is the problem?

Ive been reading on here and i think im gonna go back to Dex. I had some guys talk me into Syncromesh and i think that is my prob bc its every gear.
