C5 rotor conversion bracket question
Just bought a set to upgrade my Camaro TO Vette rotors. I know these require cutting of the spindle however a question. Whats to stop me from mouting the caliper 180 degrees around on the rotor and have the caliper at the front of the rotor rather than the rear to avoid cutting the spindle? I have yet to get the brackets and tear into it to look but is this possible? I know the calipers are on the front of the rotor on my STS-V so I cant see it being a performance issue mounting them in the front of the rotor instead of the rear as stock on the Camaro.
THANKS!
THANKS!

I believe it's an issue with the brake lines not being the correct length. The brackets were designed that way for a reason and nobody has diverted from it. The modification to the spindle is simple and we know that when done this way the system will work without an issue. Look on the back of the brakes and around the spindle, I THINK there was something in the way the last time I was under there.

The outer tie rod mount is at the front.
