Havent seen a bad complaint yet, and im not goona make one. about 3 weeks ago i ordered an S60with all the goods......but before that, i had talked to him once or twice before and he was always cheerful and for some odd reason sounded happy i called, even before i placed any type of order. i ordered the rear, and i beleive we talked for about 20-30 minutes about all of my options and what was necessary, as well as answered all of my questions. i ordered it initially with a chromoly driveshaft......about a day later i calledand discussed alum vs moly driveshafts, and that was another 15-20min convo,and i eventually changed to an alum........he was more than willing to work with a few financial bugs i had at the time, and i say i called him about 6-7 times and evrytime he was ccheerful and thanked me for my buisness.....if i had 3 thumbs he would get 3 thumbs up.........hopefully he sels torque arms in 3 months.........thanks again Carl.:chug:
