Default Dam..................

Lower AirDam that is. I finally recieved my new airdam from Gmparts direct ($41 shipped) My original one was pretty chewed up and decided it was time to replace it. What I noticed right off the bat is the new one has a better angle vs the stock one was almost 90* against the bottom of the car. Plus the new one is thicker material vs the stock. Once installed I no longer scrape going up the driveway. Best investment so far , gonna check my temps to see it it helped any.

What year is your car? I'm wondering if they changed at some point? The one on my 96 looks a lot different than my 01. I'd still like to see what the new one you got looks like.

hmm...If it doesn't scrape as much as it used to, I might switch my stocker.

I hate it when it sounds like I just scraped my whole bumper and its just that deflector.

In for pics...

Your not the only one. I remember the first couple of times mine did that, I swore up and down that I just ripped something off or scratched the hell out of my front bumper, lol.

Every time I do that with mine, I have to get out and check the underside of the front bumper to make sure that I didn't scrape it. I always swear that I did. Interested in pics as well.

I really can't stand threads with no pics that need supporting pics .
