Default BMR 4L80e crossmember doesn't mount to my trans right

I'm getting ready to put my engine and transmission back in the car and finally got around to trying to put the BMR 4L80e crossmember/tq arm relocation piece on the transmission, and I don't see how it would even bolt on. On the underside of the tailshaft, there are two bolt holes - there is only one on the crossmember itself...I see no way to bolt the cross member to the transmission. Am I crazy or missing something obvious?

There are two bolt holes on the sides underneath on the tailshaft, but this crossmember only has one?

You use a standard transmission mount in between the trans and xmember
