Hello, I hope this is in the right section but anyway, I have a 1998 Camaro SS and love the hell out of it, however one VERY annoying problem is that the HVAC controls don't work properly.
The knob that allows you to turn the fans on/off and also change whether they go to the windshield, upper and lower works in the sense that I can turn them on and off but I can't set them to be specifically upper, lower or just windshield. It's either on or off and that's it.
So i'm wondering is this an issue with the knob and the electronics that work whatever changes the airflow? Or perhaps something wrong with the mechanisms that open and close the vents?
Im totally a noob :bang: and apologize for the lack of understanding but hopefully someone has a hint at whats up? Or if anyone else has had similiar issues?
