Going to the track this weekend in my G8 GT I've never ran it before. I have simple bolt ons Vararam intake, Kooks headers no cats, Borla exhaust, Yank torc converter 3600 stall, 100 shot dry nitrous kit, and Nitto NTO5 R Drag radial tires. Tune by Thunder Racing Any 1/4 mile time predictions?

Around 11.50 give a take a few if your car hooks well on the NOS !

12.5 without NOS. It also depends on track prep and what the DA is.

I predict it is going to hit the rev limiter on the nitrous and you wont get a full run in.......You'll end up just making a few motor passes and get some 12.teens

Most likely you'll bang the rev limiter on the spray. Ideally, what you want to do is have different shift points for nitrous than you do when running on motor. I've solved this challenge by using NA shift points in Drive and nitrous shift points when you slide the shifter into Sport mode (now called nitrous mode). Any good tuner can do this and it's a kick ass way to have two shift modes without needing to retune your car every time you want to run nitrous.

It should run 11.80's, but the pros above know their tuning business. Maybe they are wrong this time. Only the first pass will tell, you might consider manually shifting the first time and short shift, maybe 5500 or so just to get a feel for the spray. That should easily keep you off the rev limiter. Let er eat.

U were right bro I went 11.80 117 and was spinning. Need to work on my burn outs. I think in clean cool air and hooking I should get a 11.6 out of it. By the way I went a 12.42 on motor on my first pass!
