Lowering my car with Stranos...which PHB to choose??
Finally gonna get my car lowered after my Strano Springs have been sitting collecting dust.A lot of folks have been telling me an adjustable PHB is necessary due to the rear end not centering after lowering the vehicle.
I went to UMI"s website and there are a bunch of different adjustable PHB's??
I want my car to be as quiet as possible but yet to be as centered and handle well obviously..
Which PHB should I choose??? single adjustable? Double adjustable? Polyurethane bushings?? I am completely lost.

Good morning JThunder.
As you mention, with lowering a car an adjustable Panhard (PHB) Bar becomes necessary if you want to optimize your combination. That eliminates the non-adjustable - which is still a fine choice for a stock application by the way.
Single adjustable allows you to optimize but must be dropped at the adjuster end to perform the adjustment. This style is great for daily drivers with combinations that aren't going to be changed often. If you're going for lowering springs, the PHB, then drive it for years without touching it, this is a great option.
Double adjustable is adjustable on-car. We sell these to customers who are always adjusting, changing combinations, etc. Makes for an easier time.
As for bushing choice, poly bushings are the entry level (yet still good) performance improvement choice. They give a tightened ride at a reasonable price.
Roto-Joints are a hybrid of rod-end and soft bushing. They function like a rod end but have the damping of a Delrin race. They're kind of the best of all worlds.
Rod-ends offer ultimate performance at the expense of a bit of noise. We sell a pretty equal combination of all the styles, it all depends on the application.
For a daily driver, I'd recommend single adjustable with poly bushings. P/N 2019. Just a little hint, we'll be offering a sale price over the Thanksgiving holiday. Check our website for details...
Good luck with your build. Your car will sit nice w the Stranos.

I've never had a issue with A phb being noisy, IMO just get one with rod-ends, on both ends.
FYI, GlobalWest has a nice one with spherical bearing on one end and a rod-end on the other end. It's on car adjustable on the rod-end side.
