Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - main bearing clearance

im building a bbc 496 ci. for drag racing only, 13.5 cr, checking for main bearing clearance found all of them were between .003-.0035, which results good, except one, number 5, it has .0025 of clearance, it's gonna be run @ 7000 RPM, i'm concerned about number 5, would be this clearance good enough??

You didn't mention if the crank was at the stock size or undercut. If it's stock you can buy .001 under and over bearings. My guess is something else is wrong. Make sure the block and cap are clean.
