Pontiac Firebird 1967-2002 - Outer door panel coming off?

The outside panel of my driver side door is coming away from the rest of the door, only on the front though. It's already hit the back of the fender and scratched away the paint on the front edge. I swear I saw a thread on fixing this somewhere, but I can't find it now.. any help?
