Sleek beek? Ws6? Firehawk? Which do you like better?

well a WS6 hood for a T/A bumper , and a Firehawk with the Firebird/Formula Bumper if you ask me .. and I still have a sleek beak on mine ..

Both the WS6 and Firehawk hoods look great but WS6 wins hands down.

WS.6 no questions asked. Which is also why I bought a WS.6, if I liked the Firehawk hood more I would of bought a Firehawk.

I remember when I first picked it up in 1998. I was behind a guy on the highway and he pulled hard to the right lane and yelled at me so I slowed down and stayed next to him to hear what he had to say.
He yelled man I saw those nostrills behind me and I had to get out of the way of that thing. Absolutely badass!

Thought that was pretty cool. I do really like the Firehawks also though. The sleek beek just doesn't do it for me.

Ws6 hoods just look so mean, i say go with WS6 hood without a doubt

Dare I say WSQ is at the top of my list and second to that is WS9 but since none of these are of the questionable pick I say Firehawk ( I like different )

I have a ws6 myself, and I love the hood to death, but here lately I've really been liking the flush fit Firehawk hood for some reason, you can't go wrong with either. Heck, I even like the sleek beaks too

I really like the Ws6 hood for its aggressive appearance, its mean as hell looking. I also like the sleek nose of the regular T/A for that inconspicuous sleeper look, so i bought a Firehawk so i could have the best of both worlds....... :)

If i would make a sleeper i would get a pos looking firebird with bad paint and put in a new engine and suspension, rear end i think that would be cool.

U.S. Exotics Superhawk Outlaw hood, the most Bad @ss hood ever. Second place goes to the VFN WSQ hood, third place is Firehawk, fourth place Suncoast Creations Rapture hood, fifth place WS6 I like it but it's to common.

I have a WS6 hood on my Formula. Makes it look more mean! lol

I must be in the .1 percent then, i have the ws6 hood but prefer the firehawk hood.....firehawk hood to hard to find and i got a deal on this oem hood from a wrecked ws6 my color

The WS6/9 and Firehawk hoods are too common IMO. If I could have one hood it would be the Mecham along with the Mecham vert spoiler

Mecham is my favorite, with the SLP HO and those 3" raised hoods coming in last.

My buddy pulled up to my work one day in 2001 in his brand spankin' new black Firehawk. I fell in love with his car and years later that car influenced me to buy a black WS6. So I am torn between those two cars/hoods. So it's a tie.

I have to say that the Mecham hood turns heads and you almost never see it. That's why I got one for my Bird.

Tough call. I got the sleek beek with real ram air :naughty: (not cold air induction), and it's kinda cool keeping a lower profile, but the WS6 and Firehawk hoods are bad to the bone. :D

I'm resurecting this thread to way in my opinion I like the trans am heritage hood the cowl induction one that didn't have the lower cutouts in the front bumper under the hood it looked dope to me but if I gotta choose a production hood that's tangible I'd say Slp H.O. hood to me there is not a sicker looking hood on the market for the birds it utilizes those stupid holes under the stock hood like the firehawk hood does but its a little bigger like a firehawk hood and a ws6 hood had a lil bastard child hood

Yet I rock sleek beaks on boff my birds cause I like. Like hearing people say ya should have gotten one of those ws6 trans ams they are way faster ya know I like the fact when my car isn't running it could be mistaken for a 6 cylinder car guys in gt mustang with loud exhaust always try and never succeed in racing that v6 looking bird and now I have a v6 I think I may go with a ws6 hood and hatch so I can really throw them for a loop when I get done building my sixer

Firehawk/Raptor>sleek beak>>>WS6. The quad-nostrils on the WS6 hood are just too much for me.

WS6 only for me. I have a 5" VFN WS6 pin on hood on my Formula, for the time being still have the sleek beak on my 2000 WS6 because previous owner removed the hood but will have a WS6 on it soon. Ive always hated the Firehawk hoods.

the fire hawk would look better if the cowl was taller.

I've owned each of all 3 OP has mentioned.....I like my Hawk the most. For some reason the WS6 ..and its hood have gotten mythical notoriety over the years in which everyone bow down to it, but snubs at a Formula or base TA. That's why I love my Formula Hawk because somehow its a sleeper now a days.

93 thru 97, Firehawk. 98 up, the "sleek beak" on the Formula bumper FWIW
