Default WS6 hood.

I would like to install a WS6 hood on my 98 and am curious out of all the aftermarket suppliers, Who has the best for the buck? I would prefer to go with an OEM but havent had much luck finding one in white.

Any companies to stay clear of?

VFN makes good hoods, and they are a site sponser! Trufiber makes great hoods also. I just got my trufiber WS6 hood for my 94 and it has a great fit.

Stick with a company with a good rep. And you will be happy!

I have a 2000 Formula WS6 and know the OEM Ram Air Hoods are getting very difficult to find and when you do find one, it comes with a premium price. With this in mind, I was (and still am) considering replacing the Original Hood with an Aftermarket piece, so I could set the Factory one aside for safe-keeping. When I do this, I want one that is identical to the OEM Hood, so I did a search and came across this thread...

The thread led me to the following website.

I haven't seen one in person, but they look like very nice pieces for a pretty reasonable price.

Please take this opportunity to do a search on this much-discussed topic.
