new intake! bbk questions im looking to get a new bbk polished intake for my ls1 chevy 1500 and i want to know what other mods i should do to get the most out of my intake, injectors? heads? not sure what else needs to be changed to help the intake

Unless you've found a good deal on one I'd look into other intakes. I'd look into a Professorial Products Typhoon then you'd have the option of going to a 90-96mm TB, plus you said you wanted a polished intake and they come with cool looking red fuel rails. http://www.ebay.com/itm/52064-PROFES...#ht_851wt_1014. or sense you have a truck you could run a Victor Jr. with an elbow, I think there'd be alot more people running the Vic Jr. if they could fit it under there hoods. Just something to think about, I understand not wanting to spend $1200+ for a Fast.
