Default g5x3 with milled and ported 5.3 heads BUDGET BUILD questions

So im doing a budget build for my firebird formula. So right now its got stock longblock but i want to throw theses heads and cam in/on. The heads are ported 5.3 heads that were milled .015". The cam is a g5x3 on a 112lsa.

What head gasket would be safe to use so i dont have to fly cut my pistons.

So far my budget build with prices
Car 100k miles $2500
Heads $300
mill and freshen $80
Cam $50
SLP Headers $150
Slp exhaust $100
Drag lites with 275s and skinnys $600
K&N intake thing $75
ls6 $250
built rearend 3.73 $400
3000 converter $200
Full spohn suspension $600
-k-member
-Tunnel mount torque arm
-adjustable lcas and panhard
-lca relocation brackets
-comp engineering shocks
-anti roll bar/sway bar

So total investment = $5300
Hoping to be in the mid 11's

I would go with the stock MLS head gasket to make sure there are no clearance issues since the heads are milled already.

i would be sure to check ptv. a friend of mine ran that cam on a 110 lsa with stock 241 heads/gaskets. he replaced the 241s with 243s and after pulling the heads found some eyebrows on the pistons. pretty sure he didn't do **** about it, installed the 243s and continued beating the **** out of it lol. he was spraying a 175 shot on it, shifting around 6700.

edit: where are you getting those prices? no way in hell you'll find that cam for $50...
