Cancel the stock cooler...it sucks. Just run an aftermarket cooler.

I run dual coolers....they do great.

Yea forget the stock cooler.
FWIW I ran 2 coolers at one time and it really didnt change anything. I run 1 cooler now and it keeps the same temp as strange as it sounds.

If I remember the part number correctly I run a tru-cool #4590. I believe it was 12 x 11 x 1 1/2 thick . I liked it b/c its the biggest I could fit and its also a stacked plate thats
1 1/2 thick. Oh its also a Low pressure drop cooler.

if you plan on driving the car in cold cold weather then leave the stock cooler in line it helps preheat the fluid. I don't run one( stock cooler) but live in Texas. Even so my temps take along time to reach 180-200 in chilly weather say 40's-60's. At freeway speeds it will not even reach 160 while cruising in those temps. It does work great in the summer and at the track. Just a thought.
