Short answer: take the heads and springs to a machine shop and give them a copy of your cam's specs as well as the springs' specs.

Well my question is of there a problem when springs are not seated correctly in there proper spring pressure??? Cuz i just intalled them with a tool not measuring anything..cams is 236/242 .611/.617 with 5.3 heads ported with 2.0 valves

I think what he's saying is that he just installed the springs without checking the installed height. if there wasn't any valve work done on the heads, then the install height will most likely be within the GM spec of 1.800 +/- 0.020".
If there has been valve work done (ie, valves & seats reworked and/or valve stem heights adjusted), then they might not have the exact installed spring height.

If measuring things isn't his bag, he'll be screwing up the lifter preload and making for lots of fun reading.
