ws6 vs. s/c cobalt (small amount of puppy kicking involved)
Well, this one is from awhile back and with no vids unfortunately. I was on my way home from work and driving down a side street when I hear something rev at me. I look back and saw it was an SS cobalt (it had the short wing, which i thought determined if it was the newer turbo model). I slowed down and waited to see if the guy would follow, and he did. We pull out on to a big two lane stretch, and Im rolling slow in 1st gear, maybe 15 mph or so. i was waiting for the guy to pull up next me and go, but he decides he doesn't want to wait and nails it . I hit the throttle and got a little loose, but pulled about a fender ahead. Once I pulled 2nd and 3rd, he ended up being a few bus lengths behind me. He wanted to run again, but after the first run i knew it was s/c as soon as he drillled the throttle (plus his car only had a catback). He was a cool guy and a nice car, but just a little unevenly matched. Now i want to see what a turbo balt can do

Im pretty sure that Ion can rape at least 50% of the cars on this forum, just saying. E85 plus 20+ pounds of boost and weight reduction out the bunghole, add in a higher compression ratio than a top fueler and that's a muscle killer lol

It's hard to get a high pressure + high compression engine to not detonate even with higher octane gas like e85 on a street car. Not saying it can't be done with the right tune and safeguards(meth and e85), but there are limitations.

I've got a 10' SS turbo with exhaust, intake, tune and I can put about 2 cars on bolt on 05 to 09 GTs from a 40 to 80 roll. Anywhere in 1st it sucks I only pull 7 psi lol. Torque managements a bitch.

Its trifecta tuned. Its slow as ***** in 1st lol. The 40 to 80 is because cops are terrible and once I put two cars on it instantly I just let off lol. Barely have to break the speed limit.

I got it from Modern Performance and it didn't give me an option for it. I've got a 02 sensor problem now, it doesn't want to run on cold mornings so I'm gonna have to take it to the dealer and then I'll see what vince will charge to make those changes. I kept the cable.
