Baby cam, 5.3L, 100 shot dry....stock injectors big enough?

Xr269 (216/220 525/532 114 lsa)
Untouched 799 heads
untouched Ls6 intake
100 Dry shot

Will the stock 21's handle the dry 100 shot with this cam.

i'm not running the 21's. but, i'm running stock 01 injectors with the xr275 cam on a 6.0 and 225 dry shot without any problems.
