Small Block & Big Block Chevy Specific - I have a nasty miss fire and need help badly

Hello everyone! I have a bit of a problem... A 96 TA with 120k miles and its running very rich at the moment. I've replaced plugs, wires, 02 sensors, the oil (it smells of gas) and re-worked the vacuum hoses. Running out of options.... my dad said it could be a leaking infector, but I don't think it is... But check the Fuel Pressure Regulator if the diaphram goes bad it will bleed fuel into the intake manifold. Also will cause a rich idle and hard starting condition.
