Ok, so I am going to build an LED berger panel for a friend and he is going to do some carbon work in trade. We are going to attempt to make one of the license plate covers with a carbon overlay and I am going to sell it to pay for the berger panel. We are going to attempt to leave the bird inlay clear so that we can put an LED panel behind it but we dont know for sure how the carbon will release from the film so this plate will either be solid carbon OR it will have a clear bird inlay to house an LED panel.

Before we try this, is there anyone who would be interested in it? Im not posting this in the 'for sale' section since technically I dont have it YET....Im just wondering it someone would want it... The guy doing this for me does some pretty sick work.... Ive never seen a REAL carbon fiber plate before. Is it worth our time? Let me know what you think.. we will probably only make a couple of these to cover my berger panel Im making for him...

Well, were going to give it a shot.. We will be doing an overlay onto an Afterthoughts clear plate then cutting out the carbon over the bird.. Hell, I may even use the bird we cut out on another plate....

Only point I could see to such a part would be leaving the bird carbon fiber and painting the filler body color...otherwise is just makes a panel stick out for no reason.

I would be interested just cause when I bought my car it didn't have a tag panel, if the price isn't to steep. I would paint mine body color but would be cool with a bird lit up.
