When i got water on my o2 connections i had a similar problem like a bad o2 sensor. You can see the shortterm fuel trims skyrocket with out any 02 voltage change which shows a nonresponsive o2 sensor. This is exactally what happened on my car and i dryed out the connections and made them more weather tight and it fixed it.

I would personally check o2 connections and if all checks out replace sensor. Im still a NOOB at reading these logs but thats my thoughts

I attached a log of when it happened to me if you would like to compare.

The PCM will add LTFTs to WOT if it was showing lean when it went into open loop, but it will not subtract LTFTs from WOT... it is considered to be a fail safe condition by the factory.
