Default HELP: Trans Am Turn Signal

The left turn signal on my 98' Trans Am burned out. I can not figure out how to get the bulb out. I was wondering if anyone knows the best way to get the bulb out and replace it?

front or rear? if its the front get a 10mm and unscrew 2 under the car in front of the wheel and a flap will come down and u can get it from there. or reach in the air vents right under the signal if u have small hands. there is a clip u need to push in and then twist it right out
