Generation IV External Engine - Headers same for L92's and 317's?

I haven't bought an engine yet, but need to get some headers for mockup in a fox body. Was gonna buy Dynatech or Kooks. Been trying to hold out to find a LY6, but I may end up doing a LQ4 if I can't find them.

Will they work on either or are they different?

Yes sir, those headers are interchangeable and heads do not change them. The only ones that you'd like a different header for are LS7 heads because of their exhaust port shape.
