Default Trans Question-94 vette m6

I found a 94 Corvette transmission through a friend for $700. Its a manual 6 speed with 70K miles. I dont know anything about that year Corvette or Transmission, but is that a good trans and is that a good price? Trans is going on a lq9 in a nova.

Just so you're aware it's not a direct-use trans with the LS swap.

save your $ and buy an LS style T56. They are cheap to repair and can handle 600rwhp+ with minor upgrades. Plus parts are easy to source and plenty of places can build them. Loads of affordable clutch/flywheel options also.
