i was wondering if you can put a set of 462 camel humps on an 880 vortec 350 roller block? i know there not as good as the 062s that are on the motor now but the 462 have sentimental value, so can i do this and is there anything i would have to change on the heads, rockers? etc.

Have the seats been redone? If not, you will need to have them redone for the unleaded gas we use these days.
Get them milled a bit, maybe even hand port them and you shouldn't lose too much power.
But it should just be a bolt off bolt on. Measure your push rods.

As long as the compression ratio is in the 9.5:1 range and there is no issue of piston to valve contact, then you are good to go. Keep in mind that any SBC head (with a few exceptions) will bolt onto your block, some heads require specific intake (port size & height) and exhaust (port size and location) manifolds or headers.

462's (as well as many other early SBC heads) do not have bolt holes on the front of the head to mount accessories like later heads do.
