Default Nitous questions

My brother is looking to put nitrous on is 99 z28 with full bolt-ons/3400 circle d stall. I have done some reading and I have some questions. First off what is the cheapest single nozzle wet kit I can get that works good? Second question is what is the easiest/best method for pulling timing? I was looking at the lingenfelter one, but if there is a better one lmk. Third- What plugs should I get?

Things I need?

1. Wet nitrous kit
2. Timing puller
3. Colder plugs

Am I missing anything?

Nitrous outlet= not cheapest but best quality and customer service
Pull timing through the tune or the Lingenfelter box

Nitrous Outlet also has their Brand X line of nitrous system which are still good quality for a cheap price.

Let me tell you from experience, get their plate kit and you won't be disappointed. Been there and done that with the nozzle thing.

^^^ What he said!!! ............ if you have a cheap set up and just one thing goes wrong and you go lean, you can kiss the pistons goodbye, load the manifold up and it back fires and you can kiss the top end good bye. Get a good plate kit, you will not regret doing it. There just aren't many things in life that are "cheap and good"!

I was told the BR7's are actually too cold for a stock cube car with just a single stage setup. Is there any truth to that? I ran them for a bit and when i took them out they looked nasty.. I am running TR6's with a 150

If thats the case I think will just go a different route. If I'm going to put more than a grand down I want the power all the time. Maybe heads/cam soon or supercharge it down the road. Thanks for the help guys!

I know the prices of FI. I think it is still worth the money considering you don't have to spend $50 and go through the hastle of filling up bottles every 10 or so times you punch it. You can get a full PC kit for $4800.

Been there done that, better at the least double that price. Beleive me, I loved my turbo set-up, but I kinda got to wanting something that was easier to maintain(if you don't mind pulling plugs which I did with my turbo car) and that had the instant gratification that a well put together lightweight cam only car with some dope can go 5's to the 1/8th. Also the wheelstands and violence of the hit compared to a turbo car unless it has 1200+rwhp.

Ok I just bought this kit. What do you guys think? I shouldn't need anything else, but plugs and a timing puller correct?

You bought a good kit I must say, but you should have bought a plate kit. The nozzle is a pain in the *** to make sure its spraying directly at the T/B and not spraying down or up. The plate distributes better and you don't have the nozzle spraying directly on the T/B blade.

Well, you bought it now. Get you some br7ef's in there and the Lingenfelter timing controller. Throw in the 150 jets and get to spraying
