I won't say it, but I'll use analogies instead. This was truly a "Kitty Flogging". I decide midway through the day of working at home that I need to take my lunch and what better way to do it than take the T/A out for one of it's last drives. I also had to find one of those drop boxes to put about 3 bags of donated clothes into(good Samaritan) so why not, the car is a hatchback. I load it up, stick the key in the ignition and I'm off to lunch with an errand to run. How fun.

I'm sitting at an intersection and notice a very nice ls1 T/A with ram air hood pull up behind me. It was black and had a banner across the windshield that said "Import Patrol". Hmm, this is interesting. The guy even sticks his head out the window to get a better look. I don't think anything of it as I'm not one for TA on TA kills. Thats when I hear it. The guy revved at me. It sounded nice and deep and maybe a header back setup. Unsure if cammed as the guy is behind me. I decide to oblige. My exhaust doesn't exist. My DP dumps right beneath my foot pedals. Needless to say it's pretty damn loud. I can see him conversing with his cute girlfriend so I know it's on. I make my turn through the intersection slowly so that he can get along side me. We pace for a bit and give the ol' head nod. Well the traffic clears and we got quite a bit of space so I mouth hit it.(I have no horn to honk it off - weight reduction ). He hits and I follow. He grabs about a car length on me and then I spool hard, spin, and walk him spinning. I pulled about a car or two before shutting it down at 75mph. I didn't get through the gear before I let off and hit the brakes. He comes around me and hits the brakes as well. All I know is he had the borla squared exhaust and what looked to be a good tire. Other than that I'm not sure what he had. I'm hoping hes a member here. Very nice car and I feel bad, but he had no chance. Was my first kill with the turbo setup although a kitty flogging.

Traffic thickens, we lose each other and go our separate ways. I find a donation box and do my good deed for the day after doing my bad dead of the day

Sadly no. Haven't been to the track yet. Just got it tuned about a month ago and have been out of town for work alot.

The only thing that gives it away is the intercooler peaking out from the bumper. When I get on it, the car gets loud once the turbo spools. Sounds pretty bad *** IMO.
More like sibling rivalry with a brother from another mother.

Kinda wish I had my bimmer out to see if the import patrol could keep up with a foreign 4 door.

Was going to say chicken flogging, but that would have probably went over about as well as a turd in a punch bowl.
Still looking for some ls7 action if the weather would just be a bit warmer and schedules lined up.

I think I fixed my boost taper issue. Replaced the diaphragm in the wastegate and now boost seems to pour in quicker than before. Got to data log to see if it's dropping toward redline or not. Kinda hard to watch a gauge

Good kill, the only import patrol I know of is a white lt1, but as someone said a few Guy had that gay decal

The placement of the decal is like the car version of a tramp stamp. I'm hoping I can hit 10.99@130mph. Really not sure of what it can do until I get it out there. The car pulls hard when spooled. Still trying to get some seat time for it and haven't practiced launching yet.
I found a video. I didn't recognize the car I ran in it, but that is the banner that was on the car.
