Default Notchback LS1/A4 swap question

This question is for the people who have done a 87-93 Mustang Notchback ls1/a4 or even an m6 swap.

What else besides the complete engine/tranny/harness would I need off of my donor car-->2001 Camaro?

Car is complete besides most of the interior. I want to know what I should keep for the swap to list the parts for sale that wont be needed.

Radiator/fans, hoses, power steering hoses to cut and mate to the Ford hoses, yoke from the drive shaft, possible gauge cluster.

This^^^, plus maybe the battery, 02 sensors.

With a lil modification u can use the cluster in the fox, makes it a plug and play setup.

Or u can spend $1100 on gauges like I did for the Florida 5.0 gauges.

Yeah, $1,100 is way too much for gauges.

Flaming River manual rack lol. Go drive a car with one. You'd be surprised at how simple a car with one is to turn.

$500 is too much for a power steering rack

stock rack here, just need to get the gpm valve for the Ford rack.

I have not driven my car yet, but people say the GM pump makes the Ford rack twitchy. This eliminates that.

Stock 5.0 rack or 2.3L rack? Just picked up a 89 notchback 4 cylinder 2.3L

Looked it up on a mustang forum and turns out they are the same. Maybe different steering ratio.

There are two steering ratios, the 3.0 turns lock to lock, standard on all cars, and the 2.5 turns lock to lock. the 2.5 is standard on the SVO and Cobra. Either one can be used.
