I guess I am an exluded ex customer...ws6store is a very good store and treated me well, I was loyal to you guys until 2 years ago when I went to do my monthly gearhead habit ordering parts thing and your site wouldnt let me check out because I had to be a member and I had bought every bolton I have from you guys at ws6store with not 1 issue over $1800 from 6 seperate purchases and still now almost 2yrs later I went to order a 01-02 ws6 centercap and it said I wasnt a member again and I dicked around with the password you guys emailed me and tried everything else and no luck, I just dont get it, I cant waste my time here anymore, not that you care but I will feel like a idiot if its something in my computer that blocks me from buying off ws6store and I've never had the problem elsewhere with over 50 paypal buys? Something needs done PLEASE

Im a loyal customer and spent a lot of money with them as well and I have never logged in. You should have called them or pm'd them instead of trying to bash them on their turkey day sale thread.

For the record, on a past order I had a problem with the amount for shipping. I emailed them, and they let me know the error. I failed to notice I had some items left in my shopping cart from a previous shopping spree (which contributed to what I thought was an outrageous shipping fee).
Problem was solved in less than a day, via email.

I have spent ALOT of money there too! Mike is one of THEE nicest guys on this board and has always been courteous over the phone. Since I live near Chicago my orders come in on the next day! And on Saturdays because they use FedEx. If my wife was to check my history I'd be divorced lol!
