I swapped out my factory hurst in my 02 for a Pro 5.0, and honestly, I liked the Hurst better. Get a $20 short stick from ws6 store, youll be surprised by how good that feels for such little money.

The factory Hurst with a WS6 store shortstick wasn't too bad but the throw wasn't much shorter. I liked my B&M Ripper as it felt solid and the shift were great. I was thinking about switching up to an MGW as I've only heard positive reviews.

my buddy just gave me a UMI Short Shift Handle... will this fit on the MGW and will it make it shorter or is the MGW efficient enough???? Thanks again..

I'm always surprised, no one ever recommends the SLP. Love mine, has a TNA short stick on it, they used to sell it as a combo deal nice and cheap.

I have the pro5.0 with lou's short stick and SLP shift knob. Love the feel.

the mgw is plenty, the umi stick wont fit anyways
