Fuel pulse dampener is my guess. I don't see a reference to man. vac. . What's it off of? It would be easier to confirm. If its an 06 vette, def the fuel pulse dampener.

It is a fuel pulse dampener. The fuel pressure regulator is in the tank on the fuel pump sender (great idea). I'm not sure if its replaceable or not, judging by the snap ring , I would think you could change it, but I'm not sure.

yeah its the same proceedure as when it was a fuel pressure regulator.... its a fairly unnecesary peice- when they put the regulartor in the tank and they didnt need a regulator on the rail anymore- had tens of thousands of fuel rails made up so they stuck a pulsator in it so they had somthing to plug it up...
