Ls1 T/A vs. Ls1 T/A *night time gopro vid Vid of a couple runs south of the Mexican border tonight.
01 Trans Am, Red-tsp lt's, ory, lm1, ftra, m6 on 245 kuhmos.
00 Trans Am, WS6-slp lid, dynomax muffler, m6 on 275 nitto nt555s.
Run 1. both cars spun bad, the ws6 being the worst. Red t/a pulled a few cars and after 3rd gear, didn't really pull and the ws6 wasn't catching up.
Run 2. ws6 gets better launch, both cars still spinning. Ws6 jumps out in 2nd and takes the win by about 2 cars.
Needless to say the 01 t/a is having an afr problem, once its get tuned there will be a rematch.

Good runs, if you are going to do more dig runs look into getting some lower control arms with relocation brackets and if within budget(panhard bar, torque arm, subframe connectors.) That will help you hook a bit better as long as your tire is up for it. A tune will help you once your moving, but you could out holeshot him too.

subframe connectors are going on it this winter, and it's got an adjustable hotchkis panhard on it now. after the winter it should be full bolt on and tuned. The 01 car needs a tune bad. It is running really rich. In fact during the first run part way through 3rd gear you can see it blow a sizeable puff of black smoke, so whenever he gets that figured out it should run a lot harder.

i've never been to the track with the car yet. The red car has been and before lt's and ory it ran a best of 13.1 i believe. We generally will meet up and cruise around the miami and montgomery county area and hit miller lane and eat somewhere, only about a handful of us.

Got my *** walked on run #2, and that puff of smoke was just insane, more or less a cloud. Need that tune A.S.A.P. Need to quit spending money on toolboxs and more one the car!
