Default Anybody deal with Koni warranty?

I believe one of the yellows I got this past Febuary is leaking. Anybody dealt with Koni's warranty process?

I have, for a broken adjuster. I did the advanced replacement option so that I could still drive the car until they sent me the new shock and I replaced it. It took a while for the whole process, but it worked out.

Is there something specific you wanted to know?

Just how fast turnaround was ect. The advanced replacement option you mention is where you pay half of list for asnother until they warranty yours correct? I thought about that but half of their list for a yellow shock is a couple hundred dollars.

I did advance replacement as well. Received the shocks in about a week. Once I sent my originals back to Koni they notified me they had received them. They still had to go through the inspection process though which I think was 4 or 5 days. After that it was another couple of weeks before the credit showed up on my credit card.

Mark.
