Default Weld RTS Question

The Back spacing for the fronts on the 15x4 is 1.5"

I was under the impression that we had to have atleast 1.75"

Are these going to Stick out past the fenders on the front.. Because i plan on lowering the car

I had the 15x4 with 1.5 BS Medium pad rims, With my MT Sportsman SR's 26x6x15 tires they did stick out to far(for me). First time out the fronts hit twice when I hit the gas and let off and it was not full throttle. I had been running the Summitt Stars with a 1.75 BS and same tires and never had an issue.. Same ride height too. I didn't think 1/4" would make that much of a difference, I was wrong.. I removed them and went to 17x4.5 2.5 BS and M&H P185/55R's..
I now run 17's(RTS) up front and 15's(RTS) in the rear.. I don't have any good pics with the 15's to show how far they stick out.. If you decide on 15x4 1.5 BS, I have a set with less than 40 miles on them.. Here's what I have to compare.
15's

17's

They rubbed the calipers a bit and the tires rubbed the inside

These are them on both cars I have ran them on. They don't tuck as well as some wheels, but most people run a 1.75" backspace prostar/draglite with a spacer, which puts them right where these wheels sit without a spacer.

Don't mind the no motor/trans stance.

Im not too happy about how my sit, I was told they offer a different backspacing now? I think the pontiac fender contour helps vs the camaro a little also...
