Default Any easy way to remove seatbelts?

hey guys, im going to be pulling my interior apart this winter and putting in some different seats and a 5 point harness. I want to pull the passenger and driver side seatbelt out though, is there any easy way to do this?

Also, can anyone recommend a good harness bar?

Thanks for any help.

all you have to do is unbolt the 2 parts on the ground (needed anyways for the 5 points) and remove the plastics next to the rear seats and i believe you just unbolt the seat belt retainer from there

The guy lives in Canada, do they even have inspection in that country? Remember not everyone on this board lives in your state.
