Stock 2000 ss' what HP to expect with install and tune do you have to tune it.

I'm not sure why you would put a 90/90 on a stock setup. That's overkill IMO. Start with some longtubes or exhaust work.

thanks for the reply, ok so if i start to build a motor on the side can i do aftermarket heads on a stock block or with 90/90 do i have to go w/ a bigger cu. in. motor no matter what.

u certainly can do aftermarket heads on stock cubes..the 90/90 is def an upgrade if u plan on building up ur LS1, especially from a LS1 intake..
