Default How to make an LT1 look good...?

Dear God please help me!!

Where does a guy start on making the engine bay look better with an LT1 car?

Does anyone have any pictures of their clean/neat/dressed up engine bay? I need some ideas or something.

What is the cleaner/detailer of choice?

Thanks,
Wes

I've updated since I built this page, but you can see my engine bay at http://www.akmcables.com/94z.htm

I had my intake manifold ceramic chrome coated by Paul Barry at http://www.pbmotorsports.com - I get tons of complements on it. It's the same coating that's on the headers, and the PCM shell. Paul did a great job.

Some Mallory Billet Aluminum stuff is in there as well - throttle cable cover, TB plate, alt fan & pulley. http://www.mbaproducts.com

I also did LT4 valve covers (the black composite ones), with MBA aluminum inserts and billet screw caps (see them in the 'what's new' section on the MBA web site). They look sharp, mine are anodized red.

After my car is finished (it's getting a new cam & optispark right now), I'll hopefully be able to get some new engine bay pics on my web page.

It's a good lookin' engine once it's dressed up.

The fuel rails polish up very nice with a little metal polish. <img border="0" title="" alt="[Cool]" src="gr_images/icons/cool.gif" />

Here are a few pics of my LT1 You can polish all of the AC stuff the alternator bracket, fuel rails, and the MAF

I am trying to use an old school Z28 emblem on my valve cover but I have not finished it yet here is a sticker in place where the emblem is going to go.
