Hi, new guy here. Getting ready to put a 5.3 LM7 in my nova convertible. Couple question that are probably simple for you experts here. I tried to read the faq's and threads before posting. I have a 5.3 LM7 and I want to put the LS1 or LS6 intake. Can I use the truck throttle body and injectors with the LS1 intake and fuel rails? thank in advance. Great site!

I am prety sure the TBs are the same as long as its cable operated. As for the injectors, if you are using the ls1/6 manifold then you should use the ls1 fuel rail and injectors. I think the truck injectors are taller and also use a different harness plug.

What are you using for the wiring?

thanks for the reply. i was going to modify the original or have someone do it for me. that is why I thought i could maybe use the original connectors and injectors.
