Default Diff between WS6 & T/A?

I currently own a 1999 WS6 and was wondering what exactly makes it different from a regular T/A? I know the hood and the rims and tires. But why is it rated at 320hp over 305hp for the T/A? Are there any suspension upgrades or interior upgrades or engine upgrades? A nice list of differences would be great. That way I can explain to people why mine is a WS6. Thanks in advance.

Let's call it a free-er flowing catback. Definitely still restrictive.

jrp is right though.

Don't you mean less restrictive Muffler, Because the pipe sizes are identical to the standard Formula and T/A Exhaust.

4k more for Wheels & Hood basically. Only advantage is it looks badass and the resell value will always be higher.

Yeah, its basically just somethin that GM can charge more for. It does look insanely bad *** though. Some people just buy an aftermarket OEM WS6 hood and it looks just as sweet.
