Do: drive it.
Don't: dump the clutch repeatedly at redline.
Do: smoke ricers.
Don't: rice it out.

Keep it out of the ditch.
Seriously, what do you have in mind to do to the car?
Do use the car to pick up chicks.
Don't crack your center console trying to do it in the car.

so when can we expect a ,what cam, exhaust, etc thread lol, be smart if your going to mod research or just plan on blowing money on pointless junk, have a goal in mind , and a good build plan, stick to it, dont race in areas where others are in danger, sometimes these cars have a mind of there own ,

A good tune up, wires, plugs. Oil change, Mobil One Extended or K&N oil filter. Air filter (NO oiled K&N type). Trans & rear end fluids (NO synthetic rear end fluid!). Coolant flush. Brake pads & rotors (blanks, of course). Poly sway bar bushings and end links.
Post up pics of this thing.

Well the only things I know about the car for mods is what I listed. For exhaust, duals with a x pipe. It also has the smooth bellow. Why is it bad to run oiled filters?

They have been known to deposit an oil film on the MAF.
Regular paper filters are just as good and way less costly. This is one area where there's a lot of hype.

I agree with all of the above ^^^
Except, I have seen that he SHOULD use synthetic fluid for his rear end.
I did a lot of research into this and if you have the limited slip diff, (99 & higher), he should be using synthetic fluid.
I have a 99 WS6, and even my owners manual says to use synthetic.
I'm still kinda learning here, so if I'm wrong please correct me :)

hehehe I hope to learn something every day!
Eaton posi units should NOT have synthetic fluid used with them. It'll stop being a posi.
The pressures and temperatures in the rear is way less than in an engine and the stresses are way less. Plus, synthetics have the propensity to get past rear seals quicker.
I use the Lucas non-synthetic in my rears. It's super sticky and is considered a "climbing" gear oil.

Yeah I have heard many different answers when it comes to differentials and what kind of fluid to use.
I was going to do a fluid swap on mine to some Royal Purple synthetic fluid with the GM additive, (I have heard controversy on the GM additive too).
Interesting right? >__<
